Well trained users are more productive and make the implementation of a new system much easier & cleaner. BSS offer a range of training options including Computer Based Training and on-site training.
Train at Your Own Pace
Computer Based Training (CBT) is available free of charge to all eM1 users. It allows users to be set up, each with individual training plans and deadlines and reports can be viewed to check on progress. It allows training to be carried out when conveniant to the user and each module can be viewed as often as needed, it is also available to help or refresh users when the system is 'live'.
On-Site
While CBT is a great training tool, it is also useful to have someone stand in front of you to explain procedures and methods. BSS have training facilities available at our offices in Swansea which will accomodate up to 10 people or we can carry out the training at a location of your choice.
