From the time you decide to implement eM1 we provide you with a comprehensive Computer Based Training (CBT) package to help get your staff used to a different system. Once eM1 is implemented a software maintenance contract is offered to help diagnose and cure any problems that may occur, this also includes free upgrades and patches to ensure eM1 will suit your needs now and in the future.

Most important of all we do not use automated telephone systems and the person that supports you will be one of the people that designed and developed your system.
