Your emtoo system will be fully supported by the development team that built the software. This means that they know the system inside-out and can answer any query you may have.
We have a number of support options available to ensure we find the best solution for you. Support can include basic questions, such as 'How do I find an invoice?' to unlocking accounts to developing bespoke modules.
To ensure you get the most from your system and are happy from Day One, we will carry out comprehensive training with your staff on all aspects of the system. We can do this on-site in our training room that can seat up to 24 people at one time or at your premises.
Hotline Telephone Support
In many cases, a query can be solved very quickly over the telephone and our telephone lines are always manned during office hours. We don't use automated systems, so you will always speak to a real person, and more often than not you will be put straight through to a member of the development team.
Where a query cannot be answered over the phone, we have software available that allows us to log on to your PC remotely so that we can see exactly what is happening on your screen. In most cases we can resolve all queries this way.
Depending on your requirements, BSS have network engineers available to get your emtoo system up and running, either on an existing network or we can plan and install a brand new network for you.
