Computer Based Training (CBT)
CBT is a great method of showing your staff how to use their new eM1 system. The basics, from screen layout and navigation, right through to individual procedures are taught and individual training plans can be written for each user according to the procedures they need.
Flexible Learning
Training progress is easily monitored, allowing you to check up on who is doing their training, working towards a smooth implementation. Providing a completely flexible learning method, CBT allows each user to work through their training plans at their own pace. Training can be repeated as needed or can be used as a reference tool when they are more familiar with the system. Carried out at a time that suits you and for as long as you need, CBT provides a flexible and cost-effective method of training that can be used time and time again.

CBT is fully backed up by BSS staff who will also train staff on-site at your office or at our offices in Swansea. We won't just leave you alone with the computer and will be at the end of the phone when you need help.
